Case Study · Beta Participant

How a digital agency moved its entire operation onto one platform.

Monstrous Media Group (MMG) was the first digital agency to take part in the MiOpsAI beta. Starting in January 2026, MMG brought every client, every engagement, and every marketing workflow into one tenant, and canceled its last separate SaaS contract on June 15, 2026.

MMG is a customer and early beta participant.

MMG reports these results. They reflect MMG's own stack, clients, and team, and have not been independently audited. Results for other organizations will vary.

The starting point.

MMG ran client work across a large, specialized stack, operated by a team of six or more digital marketers and SEO professionals. Which tool was used depended on what each client required. Before the move, MMG used:

HubSpot
Salesforce
Kitchen
Asana
Jira
GoHighLevel
HeyOrca
ActiveCampaign
Semrush
Ahrefs
QuickBooks
BambooHR

Alongside dozens of other tools, including ad platforms and creative software that MMG continues to use for their own purposes.

What was not working.

Problem 1

Data in many platforms

Client, form, engagement, and contract data sat in different tools. Knowing what lived where, and which employee knew which platform, was a job in itself.

Problem 2

Content built in one tool, moved to another

Content was created in one platform and then moved to whichever platform the objective required, by several team members using different apps.

Problem 3

Revisions across clients and the internal team

Back and forth on revisions between clients and internal team members has always been a problem, and more tools made it worse.

Problem 4

No clear view from the outside in

Management could not confidently look in from the outside and judge what was succeeding, what was missing, and whether requirements and project statuses matched reality.

What changed: everything in one place.

MMG centralized its operation in MiOpsAI. Where information still existed in a third-party platform, it was brought into MiOpsAI, put behind AI, and sent back out to the other platform only when a dependency required it.
