Command Center · Your AI C-Suite

Hire the executive team that does the work.

Command Center is an AI executive team that executes, not just advises. It writes and publishes your marketing, turns your inbox into tasks, keeps your site live, and drives your projects to done. You direct it in plain English in the board room.

A human C-suite chair costs $14,000 to $25,000 per month. Yours is $250.

Free thinks. Paid acts.

Every plan includes a free taste, so you feel the value before you pay for it.

Free on every plan

Lizzi in advise mode

Your Director of Operations answers, analyzes, and drafts against your real data. The board room is open and the other four chairs are visible. This is the oh, this runs my ops moment.

$250 per chair per month

Unlock the doing

A paid chair executes. Sally schedules and publishes, Lizzi sends and works your actions, Jerry re-triggers publishes, Milo assigns and chases. Buy only the chairs you want.

Five chairs. Pick the ones you need.

How it works

See the work first. Pay to automate it.

Ask a chair for something and it does the thinking for free. Sally writes the posts, Jerry finds the failed publish and the fix, Milo drafts the tasks. You are holding the result. Then the chair offers to automate the doing, on the paid seat. The drafted work is always yours, free. The chair automates carrying it out.

Trust and Control

You are always in control.

Every seat has an autonomy level that you set. By default the team drafts and you approve. Nothing gets sent, scheduled, or published on its own unless you turn that on.

Level 1

Advise

Answers only

The seat answers questions using your live business data and creates nothing. Start here with any seat you are still getting to know.

DEFAULT
Level 2

Assisted

Drafts for approval

The seat does the work and leaves it as a draft on your real planner, content, and boards. Nothing goes out until you approve it. This is the default.

Level 3

Autonomous

Acts, once you turn it on

The seat can act on its own when you enable it. It starts in shadow mode, logging exactly what it would have done so you can watch it work before it acts for real.

Shadow mode first

An autonomous seat does everything except the final action and writes down what it would have done. You promote it only when the log looks right.

A kill switch on every seat

One click stops a seat, whatever it is in the middle of. No config, no support ticket.

Every action is logged

There is a full audit trail of what each seat did, when, and why. Nothing an agent does is invisible to you.

Client communication is opt-in per client

Even a fully autonomous seat will not talk to a client until you opt that specific client in. Everything else stays a draft you approve.

Mac is owner-gated

Financial access is granted by the account owner and is off by default. No agent moves money, changes a subscription, or processes a payment.

You can keep any chair human

Leave a seat on Advise indefinitely. The room still works, and you hand over exactly as much as you want to, whenever you want to.

Run an agency? Buy a chair once.

An agency buys the Marketing chair once and Sally runs marketing across every client account it manages, with no separate subscription per client.

Command Center questions.

What is free and what is paid?

Every plan includes a free taste of Command Center: Lizzi, your Director of Operations, in advise mode. She answers, analyzes, and drafts against your real data, but she does not execute. The other four chairs are visible but locked. Unlocking a chair for $250 a month turns thinking into doing: the chair can act, not just advise. Free thinks; paid acts.

How much does a chair cost?

$250 per chair per month. You buy only the chairs you want: Marketing (Sally), Operations (Lizzi), Technology (Jerry), Projects (Milo), or Finance (Mac). A human C-suite chair costs $14,000 to $25,000 a month. Yours is $250.

How does the free draft, then pay to automate, work?

Drafting is free. Ask Sally for next week's posts and she writes them and shows you the full set. Then she offers to automate the doing: generating the images, scheduling everything, and routing approvals, on the paid Marketing chair. You always get the drafted work for free. The chair automates carrying it out.

Can I bring my own AI key?

Yes, and it is the recommended setup. Add your own OpenAI or Anthropic key in Settings, and your chairs run on your tokens with no AI usage cap from us. Without your own key, each chair includes a modest monthly AI budget, and you are prompted before you would exceed it. There are no silent overage surprises.

How does this work for agencies?

An agency buys a chair once and deploys it across every client it manages. Buy the Marketing chair, and Sally runs marketing for all of your managed client accounts, with no separate subscription per client. Entitlement follows the payer. Each client account keeps its own data, isolated.

Is Command Center still included on every plan?

The free taste is: Lizzi in advise mode and the board room come with every plan. Full execution across the five chairs is the paid add-on, at $250 per chair per month.
